Thank you L, that was a most interesting read. Since there appear to be survivors whom must know of these cases, wouldn't it behoove those who may still be subjects of ongoing investigations to make sure they don't find themselves going to jail?

If anything does happen then it may be a bit more above board, we shall see. One never knows when dealing in OTC.
