The Letter from InMed on Nov 14 to Toron confirming the acquisitions completion said about the change in control:

As you are aware, there are necessary State and Federal notifications required regarding the change in control for the InMed Operating entities. This process can take 30-45 days, however, we anticipate such on appoximately Dec 21st, 2018 We are please to become part of the Toron family and towards building a stronger and expanded healthcare network

30-45 days puts that between Dec 14 (fri) and Dec 28 (right between Christmas and new year). They said approx Dec 21st which tells me they expect it done before holidays. The 21 is next fri so the next two weeks should be exciting! Regardless of the 8k and auditing in the works which should all be cool to see also I think this deal is going to be much more public in the next two weeks. Nobody will be able to deny the deal is done then. We will just be waiting on the 8k for the exact numbers.
