You are right Banger.

The lack of transparency at PLUG is especially bothersome. I have requested price and valuation data on the two latest PLUG transactions and was told that this is not public information.

Lack of material information from the company is an issue. What we paid for a company in Rochester for instance, is important. Is it accretive is important.

Misinformation, both pro and con, is also a problem.


If the company was more transparent, and forthcoming much of the misinformation would be muted.
