On average there are 12 thousand births and 6 thousand deaths each day in the United States. Thats with a population of 319 million people. Death...no matter what form it comes in it brings sadness and grief for all those concerned. So..lets look at death in different forms. When we hear and see things such as the Twin Towers on 9/11...the mass shootings at the schools and other public places. These events make most people stop in their tracks and freak out wondering why such things happen? How can people be so sick as to go out and for no reason kill and wound so many people? Then we have loss of life from floods..tornados..wildfires..hurricanes..so many ways here on planet earth that devastates so many people at one time and these things get our undivided attention! And of course there is the daily death from sickness and disease to just what we call natural causes and death from the act of murder or suicide or accidents on a individual basis. So as i said...many ways that death can stare us in the face. However...the most tragic and disgusting is the fact that here in the United States there is a Holocaust taking place that most folks dont even acknowledge or even give thought to. People freak out at the daily news while at the same time they dont blink an eye with so many children murdered each day thru abortion! Let me say that another way...most days most folks give little to no thought to the fact that every 26 seconds here in the good ole U.S. of A. there is a baby murdered by abortion yet folks sit in disgust at whats going on in the news? When was the last time we prayed that hearts would be touched in government leaders that this madness might be brought to a end. When was the last time you wrote a letter to your State and Federal elected officials and said enough with the murder of innocent babies by abortion? Look folks...in the past 45 years here in the USA...59+ million babies have been murdered by abortion. When God said "Thou shall now murder"...i wonder if that included abortion? Think about it...
