BTW..A SIMPLE QUESTION.

Has ANYONE seen the due diligence report that Ginny should have
demanded before giving away $6 million of the MSX shareholders investment to the EMBEZZLER Lopey the Dopey!If he had performed his duty of a Director,Officer and shareholder..WE WOULD NOT BE IN THIS MESS that HE created! HE has NEVER shown any consideration for the shareholders, ONLY interested in lining his own pockets at the shareholders' peril.
C,mon BCSC do the job that is REQUIRED of you BY LAW to protect shareholders of public companies from this type of blatant fraud!!
