The Decline in the Share Price is due, in large measure, to Dilution-The Company has Very Little Revenue,(though it has Increased Q/Q), and even Less Cash, (and so), simply to keep going as a entity, it has to issue convertible debt, (and not on very favorable terms because it is a penny stock), and, now due to the dilution, a micro-penny stock-Until, and Unless it secures one of its Deals, (made mention on a recent Press Release), Or receives longer-term financing, the Dilution could well occur again.
