Here in the United States of America its no secret that we have many problems of many different kinds and at many different levels. This country that "most" folks like to refer to as "God loving" and "God fearing"...and while that all was once true...im not so sure that that is even close to reality now and i say that because in this once great nation...maybe...Maybe...20% are born-again believers living for Jesus so that leaves the other 80% unsaved living for satan! Now if your unsaved you might say...wait a minute Rick...im not really a bad person how can you suggest that i live for satan. Well thats the easy question. Either you are living for God...meaning you have repented of your sin and you have a personal relationship with Jesus as your Lord and Savior...or... you are living for satan...there is no middle ground. So...and as i said a few days ago...we...100% of folks...have a problem with a little three letter word called "SIN". Yes...Our desire to SIN...no matter what the SIN is...because in Gods eyes there is no such thing as a "little SIN"...is what is corrupting the world and humans and causing all the problems. Thats always been the problem. We really are our own worst enemies and we like to try and blame it all on satan and government and many other things but im here to remind you...most often we really dont need satan or anyone or anything to turn our heads...we are perfectly able of doing that on our own. So with all that said...and with all the SIN and problems going on here in the United States...let me give y'all three statistics to think on today and lets put them in relationship with whats really important and in need of changing because im pretty sure that outside of seeing lost souls saved there is nothing more important than ending the senseless loss of human life. In the United States every hour 5 people commit suicide and 1 of those is a Veteran. In the United States every hour 13 people die of a drug overdose. In the United States every hour 123 babies are murdered from abortion..So what are you going to do today to tell someone about Jesus and maybe by that somewhere down the road...help save a life...Think about it!
