So, WHO IS LCG PLASTIC? WHERE IS IT INCORPORATED? Previous information linked ICBU with LCG Plastech. India contracted a portion of it's government contract with LCG Plastech.

So, again, who is LCG Plastic? Clearly NOT the same company just as ICBU attempted to link KRSNA with the legitimate mining company KRISNA.
