Good call. Just a Letter of Intent, but you don't do that unless you've already done your homework and there is sincere interest from both sides. Anyone who's been around the block in the business world will tell you that.

Because of what happened in 2017, I doubt VR would want to tarnish her name by going through that again. Lots of things going on behind the scenes here. I'm fairly positive that this was the deal that made them get current this year and someone in the company leaked info that led to the false PR.

If they get current again this month, that will be the telltale sign that the merger happened and will be announced very shortly. If they do not get current shortly then the Vidbox people are still thinking over the deal.
