I don’t remember which PR or Tweet it was ... but remember he said it wasn’t as cut and dry as he thought it was going to be when he took over and it needed more work to get the paperwork caught up than originally thought.

People buy shells because “normally” it is faster to convert over to a corporation to start trading than to start from scratch ... but I have a feeling had he known the trouble to get it current on time it has been taking he probably wished he just done from scratch ... at least my thinking.
