Terahertz technology would have significant advantages over both RF and Mynaric lasers... And according to PR, mitigate lasers dispersion problem on vibratory airplane. Hence why Mynaric is bottleneck and they probably learned in Facebook testing they need tech upgrades for airborne turbulent platforms. Assuming the Leti tech upgrades significantly, but when can that be tested and is it enough to overcome?
Problem with Terahertz is attenuation over distance. UCLA claims they demonstrated over long distance. How? How long? Is signal amplified sufficiently that attenuation will still leave lightning fast communications???
Say what you want, if proven, that tech would be GameChanger in communication technology..
