I do not believe everyone subscribed as I mentioned before. In the past, 1.5 million shares would have seemed cataclysmic - now I don't think it is a big deal at all. Also even those that subscribed do not have to sell their stock if they want to be invested and felt getting it for $1 was worth it -- about 13% discount.
Your other comment was interesting. I know there was an issue around the 19.99% but I am not sure of your conclusion. They didn't have to agree to anything to avoid delisting. Perhaps you could be very explicit if you really have straight legal/technical facts. This is news to me and not consistent with my understanding. But we all learn new things from time to time.
