He can say SS hasn't changed as long as he hasn't disclosed the financials.

My best guess is that when (if) he discloses any time soon, the SS will be changed at that time.

We saw this happen with Ed the last time he kept postponing getting the company back to pink. He claimed it hadn't changed the week before and then when he disclosed to get current the next week, it changed.

IMHO, it's not the financing that is postponing getting current, it is slick Ed Sylvan. Trying to get some churn before he absolutely has to reveal what he's doing.
