Or maybe they want to do it in order to toss in a reverse split--then next year they'll ramp up the printing and dumping again from a much higher price point. Shareholders now could see their share value turn into a few cents. It's a commonplace happening on the OTC.

That's why you can never hold junk like this for very long.
