In searching around to understand "status categories (NYISO)," to better understand your post, based on MW size and different interconnection points, the two LIPA projects in themselves (13.9MW & 18.5MW) would be "Small Generator" rather than "Large Generator" according to the NYISO Interconnection Manual--unless LIPA here is viewed as a whole? Am I missing something that makes them "Large Generator"?

Small Generator has less steps and would shorten the time frame for execution, wouldn't it, and possibly qualify for "fast track"?
