Why does that have any relevance, when the company has stolen hundreds of millions of dollars from investors? Especially, when it isn't the first time they have done this? Delavaco makes shells, buys company for dirt, sells to Scythian which Delavaco is part of for tens of million of a mark up, which then sells to Aphria with an even bigger markup, before even closing on the deals. It's crystal clear what happened here.

If you're okay with being robbed, then by all means, lose most of your money, if not all.
