Not a scam at all. This is a case of zero trader/investor patience. Patience will pay off here. Once the acquisition comes to fruition, the holders from down here will benefit from the luxury of the $1++ potential. As far as the deals' specifics, they haven't made it public yet but the president said in the last press release that he will be appearing on MoneyTV to discuss.
