As Skunk reported on November 18th, something did happen. The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals allowed the Appellees to extend the deadline for filing their appeal and the cross-appellant brief.

The court made that decision very easily. Greenshift's legal representatives didn't oppose their motion.

I would've opposed it in order to hasten the financial ruin of every company that infringed on one or more of Greenshift's patents.

BTW, the new deadline for filing those appeals is today, but if they ask for another extension, and if Greenshift's lawyers don't object to another extension motion, the Appeals Court Judges won't have any legal basis to say no.
