I'm not sure what VRUS has to do with XDSL besides the CEO, but the XDSL must believe that the deal is going to through because they are spending money on a shell to keep SEC current and are in the process of eliminating debt.

The RS is all but assured. It is usually best to buy after the RS however, sitting at .0001, if they PR this before the RS, it may actually be a much better deal to buy at current prices. Even if they brought the price to .0002 pre RS and the stock dropped to .00015 (pre-split prices) then current holders win.

The current management is not able to RS because FINRA won't let them. That means that the deal should be announced well in advance before they change hands - leading to a nice increase in price pre RS. During that time, I believe that we should see at minimum .005, but more likely .02. There was a car company that RM'd into a ugly shell with debt and that price got to about .12, dropped to .06 and then the deal was consummated.
