They were current with the SEC, but not current with the state filings. I am guessing that they are now current with the state, but are in the process of cleaning up the remaining debt.

The management agreed to personally eliminate the debt. I believe they are in the final stages of being debt free. Once that happens, they will be a clean shell that actually files with the SEC. That is big.
