I read the summary so far, I think I basically followed it and it does seem like the technology FCEL will work in a number of different configurations, whether at a refinery, a coal generation plant, a natural gas generation plant.

FCELB is down to $240, which implies a 20.8 percent dividend (5% dividend with stock trading at 24% of face value).
