thats what i first thought. in second scientific theory puts of up to 200000 dollars can only be viable in a higher price per share. example if it were a convertable they could issue as much shares as they wanted. given its a sec s1 they only registered 15 millio. shares no more which means any funding block comes from only that 15 million share registration so low price per share the company gets screwed on this offering. the company only is registering 15 million shares anything over that number is not registered is the point and would constitute a different offering.
