Two points if I may: First, I do not consider ITKG shares worthless by any stretch of the imagination. If you don't believe then maybe you can say that.

Second, the reason insiders are not selling is the most important thing about the past few weeks of a declining price per share: they're not selling because they're not worried as they know what the future holds.
