SmallCapIR began promoting SPEX this morning. The company also put out news about investing in an Electric Scooter company. In concert, the two pieces of news sent this up over 50% at one point in the day.

SmallCapIR believes the stock price will bounce nicely due to the merger with CBM Biopharma Inc.

End of day only had the pps at .97 after a run to 1.40
