These are fairly recent....but the same nonsense that CVSI went through..

(XXII) Twenty Second Century and Cronos (CRON)

Both short play victims of Andrew Left....both of these companies have held up fine with all the shenanigans....


The CEO of XXII was very aggressive with his counter to the claims of the lawsuit....

Cronos CEO was on CNBC within days to counter his attack....

Meritless lawsuits come with the territory on Wall Street...CVSI has had an investor file a law suit that is still unresolved since April of 2013. or 2015 ...(you can read about it in the 10Q's)

When you see the stock being halted, or an SEC investigation for fraud or fiduciary mismanagement, or dilution of the stock or net losses and increased debt obligations, then we will need to be concerned.....
