I sense a state of fear in your post ...The two forces that drive the market are fear and greed...that is how Wall Street works..

If you are a savvy investor with this company, you already know the lawsuits are bogus and were part of a short play by Andrew Left.....a noted short seller..

I am holding two other stocks that were short played and are being sued by these very same Law firms..


Plus CBD does not need to be the number 1 selling CBD product in the country....How many beer distributing companies are there in the USA?

Wall Street is all about Profit and Loss.....thats what matters here....

You like many others on this board are consumed about being the "Number 1 brand"....

Here is what matters my friend.....

The big players as in GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Walgreens, CVS and others are on the sidelines waiting on the status of the hemp bill before they get into the game....

When they get in the game, what criteria do you think will matter to them?

I'll tell you...its safety of the product....period.....CVSi can track their CBD from seed to shelf and of course they will have their toxicology reports scrutinized heavily by these big retailers..

If you are a big retailer...you are concerned about the safety of the product.....you are not going to do a national rollout without confidence from your wholesaler...


I can assure you, once CVSI lands one of the big fish.......this ballgame is over.....because often times the first to market wins...

What CVSI is is a GRAS self affirmed CBD product...they are the only one....
