Oh really? It's around three times as many shares as the total outstanding count at the end of 2017 and around 12 times as many as at the end of 2016.

On the positive side, it's only around 15% of the billion or so that are now outstanding, with another billion to come prior to year end. And then comes the 1:1000 reverse split.
