Everything is in the filings. Nutriband has been on and off US public markets for over five years (see Nutrinomix). Except issuing stock left and right, nothing has been achieved.

- 0 sales
- No FDA approval
- No patent. Even if it will be patented, dermal patches are not a novelty, have been around for some years, unlikely to make a breakthrough. Hence, that valuation is totally bogus.
- Rescinded share exchange transaction with AHB. Obviously it "marketing" move,to say the least...
- SEC miami office (enforcement div) launched an investigation for federal securities laws violation by CEO and CFO. Good luck with that...

Can't believe pump and dumps are still a thing in 2018....
