That is my concern as well. Keep handing out shares after the RS. The company is seeing the upside. Potential future institutional investors. An up list to NYSE or NASDAQ. All i can see at the moment is all the other RS’s i have been involved with. Where the price drops to pre RS levels and the company starts to hand out shares again. Very frustrating. And yes what is to stop them from doing another RS in 4-5 years
