So assuming no dilution, which we know there will be in 10SN, Jasons 20million restricted common share, 2% of OS of SSOF will be worth nothing once 10SN takes over. He'll receive roughly 30,000 shares of 10SN which has an OS count of 100.000.000 which gives Jason .02% of total OS of 10SN.

Jason gets screwed with this deal quite a bit. Hopefully he realizes that.
