Could be some old converted stock, or it could be a very large holder who is wildly green that is just taking some profit.

It's an opportunity to get a larger block if one believes in the FNHI business model. IMO they do more than 5M 2019. I think he's provided a conservative estimate. AND, I BELIEVE THEY ARE NET POSITIVE 2019!!

Today's news is being met with a muted response so far, but it is the most significant release they've had (other than getting current) in the last two years.
