Capital credit comes in to forms. If the common share holders borrow capital that is taxed they have one of two options they can pay it back from inside the corporation by the cancelling of there share interest there by returning tax debt in there case or tax credit when viewing it from the public’s eye.

The other would be to return it from out side the corporations walls with the tax prepaid. Then its the governments through the trust of the lending institution or institutions to pay back the people “ share holders deficit”.

Note this is in addition to what the commons owe the public interest. So what is the ratio of the share holders deficit is owed by the appointed government institutions and the common share holders.

This you will need to go into the fillings and dig out how much equity “ tax credit” or common equity is owed by management and how much by the trust of the government.

Of course you would like it being owed by the government but that extra security comes at a cost associated with time. In the case of insiders it’s a matter of when they want to enjoy the fruits of there labor. So of course the public gets excited when there is news of an asset sell off.

This is were it gets tricky. The insiders could pay the government in retained tax’s instead of dividends to the public who hold an interest. This will free up payable capital to them that they could use too purchase another entity free of any tax debt and or public interest but now having a tax credit that they them selfs could sell to raise more capital.

We briefly discussed piggy backing on intrinsic assets I think it was maybe five years ago. Can’t recall what company we were using as our media platform maybe Pegasus Wireless. Anyhow I don’t want to go back over that info and be repeating my self again.

There was the topic of fractional shares you may want to go over as well as a refresher.
