I’m writing to you in regards to an article you wrote about the disputed gas discovery located off shore of Palawan Island, Philippines known as the Recto Bank / Reed Bank or SC72.

There is an underlying story to tell about a company named FEC Resources Inc, a Canadian company owning 6.8% of SC72 that is grossly undervalued.

I would like to bring your attention to a website developed by a minority shareholder of FEC namely Matt O’Malley in order to shine some transparency on what Philex Energy (PXP) has done or not done to suppress the minority interest and dilute our value extensively over the past 10 years.

You might consider breaking this story and leading the forefront exposing the under valued share price of FEC Resources and at the same time expose PXP for what the FEC Shareholders believe is a direct attempt to take the remaining 6.8% ownership of their stake in SC72.

Our goal is to stop any further dilution and equal our value in comparison to the same shares traded on the Philippine Stock Exchange listed as PXP.
