Absolutely. Nobody will control the PPS here. Of course the PPS is affected when someone sells or buys, but, that is the market working.

For example yesterday we were at .339, and, now tested .18. Who sold? Someone. So what? All is well. Someone sells, someone buys.

Important is the run. $1 will be here, $3 will be here, and, $5 will be here.
