I love the fact that Bland and the LOI/S1 wasn’t mentioned.
I have the same feeling that Clayton sat back and said WTF am I doing. Then has decided to get out of it and grow his company. I mean all he has to do is stay the course and it will grow year after year. It might not always be roses but at least it will be his. Something to be proud of and then possibly be bought out by a legit player in the industry for def more than what was being offered.
It’s also in all their best interests to make the company grow because of the restricted shares they own. If he plays his cards right and pushes ahead he could get very good money for those shares in the future.
