I took a stack of $COBI

There has to be something going on and it just might need enough retail to buy up the float before it really makes a move. Seeing how it moves so quick twice before - I imagine it will take another few sessions of steady volume and it will move to the TRUE TEST - the BREAK OF .0004 pps

This has always been one that intrigued me. Rick needed to sell that shell and gets his crap off of it. I think he just may down so. We will find out.
