Its quite frustrating, but this is all a unique situation. Uplisting from the pinks is not easy, this is why less than 1% of the thousands of pinks ever do... and for AMFE its even harder than most, because of all the growth. Companies are usually already on the OTC when they reach this size. The acquisition of Snakes changed the dynamics fast... It took several months just to verify $5+ million in inventory, because they had to backtrack thousands of transactions

If after the uplist they continue to have filing issues, i'll be the first one to criticize... This will be unacceptable to me on the OTC, unless there is a VERY good reason. Like someone died
