Yeah. Lehman cannot be extended more because the max under bk law is for 2020. Technically, Lehman can ask for an extension but they will likely lose any protection from a stay and plus they might lose their Bk chp 11 liquidation status. 2020 is the drop dead last date as I see it. I think we will see a resolution of everything and know the direction we will be going in 2019. All the major reporting and taxe filings will be accounted for in FYE 2019 and the reports and filings will finalize in 2020 which is normal. 11/2019 close books. take time for the close and have reports done in early 2020 and taxes for 2019 starts right after book is closed.
