On winter construction, I hired a contractor last year to rebuild the decks on a property I have in the mountains, and paint the exterior of the whole house. It involved some new post foundation work, and I asked the contractor before I hired him about working in December and January when there was likely to be some snow. He said he and his team had worked in Michigan for many years, and they worked through the winters. They would have to dig and pour foundations sometimes in ground that was frozen down two feet, they had tools for that, and were not at all concerned about working in the winter months.

On my job they worked on days where there was light snow or rain, but they did not work on days of heavier snow or rain. But these guys would work on weekends if it was clear to make up some of the missed time. In the end the job took a little longer than the three weeks he originally estimated, but they did a great job.

So I would think any local construction company that Auscrete hires would be used to working through the winter months there in Oregon.
