The Company currently anticipates an increase in its operating loss during the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018 as compared to the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2017. This increase is primarily due to the increase in selling, general and administrative expenses resulting from the professional fees and related expenses associated with the internal investigation. These fees and expenses totaled approximately $4.2 million during the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2018
