TXHD OK if you watch level 2 and see the bid .51 and ask .52 right. The sales are .5180 in between the bid and ask. That's crossing shares usually into the hands of someone who is accumulating for a predetermined set amount. Soon after a run of the stock will come. I've seen this many times. Someone is loading the boat!
