There seems to be an "arrangement" of some kind here. What it is, is the question. And whether it's a lasting arrangement is another.

I also have to wonder if the financials posted are only for Q3 (remember it ended 8/31) or since inception back to April and whether they're really appropriately assigned to DCAC. I guess we won't know until the audited annual.
