I new about Glenwood but never found the connection for PETRO BASIN EBERGY CORP. Or the Dutch association !
Why Lexington would be interested in Glenwood and a Petrochemical company is a little mystifying, I would have thought rather than the complications of taking over another company, it would have been easier to Establish themselves on their own within their own field ?

On a separate note, I think once Lex gets above .10 the next hurdle will be .12 and .15.
