Because GOHE is basically bankrupt it means one of two things:

1. They are going to increase the authorized count because they are fully diluted now. OR
2. We are going to do a reverse split because we are fully diluted already.

In either case the end result will be the same. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HAND OUT SHARES LIKE CHEAP CANDY ON HALLOWEEN.
