Without issuing shares or divvy's in proportional amount correlating to the (500,000,000 AS) of the REIT. There would be a problem, as some "equity investment pay, some don't. The value is in shares issued that can be sold in the immediate future. Being in early development it could be years before a "Equity Holding" realize a profit unless there is interest on it's value of upwards of 1.75 Billion or more.

As a result. The resulting language is not clear as to "INTENT" regarding value of those 6.2 million shares and what the holders are entitled to.

So it is all about the language and Intent. Could be good, could be screw you...as it could lockout distribution of lets say 240,000,000 shares in the REIT.
