the shares worth to the estate? In other words, how does an estate’s affairs get settled holding RESTRICTED shares of a darkie? The shares can’t be sold in the market REGARDLESS of the share price until this turd is current.

This thread began with a suggestion the executor committed fraud of some sort by selling Bob’s shares to Tony. You do understand it would most likely take years to sell all those shares into the market, don’t you? As of today they would be worthless except in an off market transaction.
