Nope, not concerned about the wording. They simply stated that some issues need to get solved and FDA needs additional info. They have enough cash through offering, no problems with Nasdaq requirements. 0,50 is (hopefully) the very bottom. Shares get absorbed on every downtick so far. And ALL negatives included in that pps right now imo. Lets just hope it´s not more or less than a formality which gets more than correctly handled right now b/c nothing leaked so far (seldom enough in these times). That´s why I buy more shares this week! Maybe 10% downward potential but 500-1000% to the opposite imo... 2-3 weeks to go!
