Mighty altruistic of you, hedge. Isn't it possible for a company to have an operating agreement wherein it could be stipulated that any owner must sell their shares at the original par value? So say 3,000,000,000 shares at a par value of $0.0001 is $300,000? That wouldn't be wholly unreasonable.
