I don't think so. I think they will pay a premium, especially since they are not giving a shareholder a choice.
Even though my accounts hold more than 2 million shares they are not exact multiples of that, so I will have shares that they will have to cash out or give a Pro-rated amount of Class A in trade.
The other question being that since they converted the retail NEAH to class A, what will the new XNRGI common stock be priced at ? What will the AS, OS and float numbers be ?
