Apples and oranges..

First of all, Anavex 2-73 doesn't appear to be a competitor to Bryostatin because the MOA and population being treated are totally different.

The compassionate use patients for Bryostatin are uncontrolled and anecdotal so they really can't be used.

The "other trials" where Bryostatin were administered were cancer trials. "Over a year" is not proof of long term safety.
